Dean felt Sam relaxing against him. He sighed softly and let his hand smooth down the back of his head and neck. Slowly, he stopped drawing on the wound on Sam's neck. He cut open the pad of his thumb and carefully smeared his own blood on the bite marks to start them closing.

Warm, content, and a little loopy from the effects of Sam's blood, he kept his brother close, face still tucked in against his neck. His tongue peeked out to lap at the healing wounds, not really thinking about it. It wasn't as healing as vampire blood, but it did help.
