Sam figured he was already in danger now... what difference did it make? That one guy already had an interest, other vampires would probably be curious eventually too.

"I know," he murmured after a few moments, looking down. "I want to."

Dean was his brother and he'd still do anything for him if he could. If this made him feel closer to human again, this wasn't the worst thing he could do then even with all the implications that came along with it. "You know- I love you too, Dean."

And because it felt... kind of normal to do, he went to slide his arms loosely around the other, pull him into a hug.
