Sam walked over to the girl, Charlie. Right where she said she'd be waiting on him. She was crying still, and after a little prompting, she recounted the story she'd told him on the phone about how they'd found her on the bathroom, eyes missing.

"I'm sorry." Sam tried to keep his voice soft, his expression softening a little in sympathy as she looked up at him.

"And she said it... I heard her say it. But it couldn't be because of that. I'm insane, right?"

Sam wanted to reassure her that it wasn't because of that, that she wasn't insane either and give... another answer. Anything. But he couldn't.

At least maybe they could convince this girl to let her into this girl's room though... with any luck at all.
