He felt fine, really. The blood had helped for sure and he figured he could handle Dean doing this. He tilted his head a little, focused on the brush of Dean's thumb against his shoulder. He let himself focus on the press of Dean against him, the feel of his lips even.

This was entirely different from that other vampire. Sam wasn't scared for his life, didn't feel like his throat was possibly being ripped out or something. Dean was always careful, so he wasn't worried. His hand drifted down the other's arm, lightly rubbing along the length of it, not really putting much thought behind the gesture.
