Sam was determinedly not thinking about those dreams last night or anything related. He had enough on his plate and enough weighing him down without adding it to the mix. He was doing well just to hold it together day to day when every night he either dreamed of Jess' death or of fire... or any number of things that had him running on E for the most part.

At least kinky dreams about his brother were a strange vacation from that, no matter how embarrassing and wrong they were.

He looked up when Dean climbed out, looking him over. "You okay?" He was pretty red... damn, Dean had cut it too close getting back this morning.
