"So you got the bullets out already?" He sat down at his side and opened the kit up, nudging Dean's hand out of the way to clean the blood away- trying to be as careful as he could be. Felt bad enough that he hadn't even thought to check on Dean earlier, left him to take care of that mess on his own, wounded and still bleeding apparently.

After he'd cleaned the wounds, he went to put on the bandages, eying the bloody clothes absently. Couldn't get over he'd actually... had it in his mouth earlier, had been drinking it. No choice though. "All done, Dean. Want something to drink?"

He could heat him up a TrueBlood at least.
